CSTP filed a Land Use Petition Act (LUPA) complaint in Spokane County Superior Court on June 12, 2006. This complaint and related documents are archived in the Documents section. The aim of this legal endeavor is to compel the City of Spokane to adhere to RCW 36.70A.120 and Spokane Municipal Code Chapter 17B. These statues require implementation of the City's Comprehensive Plan when performing capital projects.
